The top picture was the view out our hotel window. This town is also known as the-town-where-the-majority-of-american-honeymooners-go-the-first-week-of-september. This town is also where Jody finally succumbed to the leather bag temptation & I decided a third one wouldn't hurt me. This town is referred to the "medieval manhattan" in the guidebooks. Out of around 50, only 17 towers remain. It is also the town that was left with Jody, me & the 25 locals after about 5 pm after the hoards of tourists were picked up on the tour busses each day. We went wine tasting, ate more succulent food, and shopped til we dropped. Can this holiday get any nicer?
