I figured I'd stick with the theme for a few posts. I walked across this exhibit in an old church in York. It was called The Memory of Place. It was an interactive exhibit....there was a large pool that the visitors could light a floating candle. Then, there was my favorite. I love this. A strange metal wire, spider-like piece that you wrote on a piece of paper, whatever you pleased, & tied it around the wire. It started off empty, and by the time I visited, it looked like this. I'll put more pix of notes up tomorrow. And, yes, I tied a piece around. 5 bucks to whoever guesses which one was mine.
